What kinds of local products do you offer?
Just like the luxury gift boxes we’re known for, our Love Local Welcome Bars feature artisanal small batch goodies, available in a wide range of gourmet and non-consumable categories.
From classic Nashville sweet treats to Music City momentos to handcrafted leather goods and more, we’ve got it all (even fresh baked goods!)…see Page 4 for details.
Do you offer locally made branded items?
Yes! Tennessee-made goods available for private label/branding include:

Can we provide some of our own items?
Certainly. As long as you tell us prior to your event day, we’re happy to work your own items (merch, marketing collateral, etc.) into the welcome bar.

Do you do weddings?
Yes, a Love Local Welcome Bar is the perfect way to entertain your guests while they wait for the wedding party! Merge your reception’s cocktail hour with our customized, interactive experience for a luxury wedding favor they’ll never forget.
(Or for a classic take, save us ’til the end for a stylishly sentimental farewell.)
Does Memento & Muse provide the display tables?
For our Full Welcome Bar with attendants, we provide decorative product display equipment (baskets, risers, etc.), as well as standard folding 6’ banquet tables upon request. If other table styles or furniture setups are desired, you’ll need to make arrangements with your venue or rentals partner.
For our DIY welcome bar, display equipment and tables are not included, but may be rented at a separate itemized rate based on final product selection.

How much lead time is needed for booking?
If we have your date available, we typically need 3 weeks for our suppliers to prepare products for your custom-curated welcome bar (note: certain products may have longer lead times). For guest counts of 150+, booking a month or more in advance is appreciated.
What’s your pricing?
It depends on your budget and number of guests. (Plus, our minimum product spends: the Full Welcome Bar starts at $2,500 and the DIY Bar starts at $1,400.)
Beyond that, we recommend these baselines:
At least $20+/person for a small “party favor”-sized experience
At least $50+/person for a fuller gift-sized experience
