ONSITE ACTIVATIONS
For onsite gifting activations, we request you book with us at least 3 weeks in advance of your event date (and more notice is advised for high volume events).

Don’t wait until it’s too late.

In order to provide our clients with gifting experiences that are second-to-none, we take on a limited number of custom commissions and events each month…so we strongly recommend reserving your order via deposit as early as possible.

During non-peak months (mid-January to October), the “deposit to doorstep” process for custom gift boxes typically takes 5-6 weeks including design, production, and shipping/delivery. (Note: Local delivery orders are typically delivered within 4-5 weeks.)

*For our peak holiday season (November to early January), our turnaround is at least 7-8 weeks, and sometimes longer depending on volume. Deposits for December orders are due in October of each year. See All Holiday Deadlines
